Beach Clean Up – Friday 30th October

Vida Azul, a non-profit foundation, is organizing Beach Clean Up Day for 30 October. The event has the support of Ocean Conservancy, that celebrates its 25th anniversary.  Vida Azul volunteers will work at 200 points nationwide and approximately 20,000 volunteers are expected to participate.

British kids help build a school in the Dominican Republic

To be honest, although I am English, I have no idea where Bewdley is. Time to pull out Google Earth. However, some really nice kids from Bewdley school have raised funds to build a school for Haitian refugees in the Dominican Republic. Makes you proud to be British!
